Kevin Noone serves as a consulting Senior Fellow for SPARC Holding Company, the parent organization which provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for both SPARC Research and Design Integrated Technology (DIT). In this role, Kevin works closely with the companies leadership teams to support business growth, operational excellence, organizational development, and long-term strategic initiatives across the SPARC Holding companies.

Kevin brings more than 37 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, along with 5 years in the nuclear power generation sector, and served as the DIT President for 4 years. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions focused on supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining SPARC Holding, Kevin served as Director of Supply Chain for the Defense Business Unit at Aerojet Rocketdyne, formerly Atlantic Research Corporation (ARC).

Kevin is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) credential. His extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and organizational leadership helps drive the continued success and growth of SPARC Holding Company and its subsidiaries.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys photography, barbecuing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
