Culture & Careers

Advancing the state-of-the-art requires a state-of-the-art team

SPARC Culture

Whether it’s a cookout & cornhole for “on Friday’s” or trivia night at Old Bust Head brewery, SPARC is intentional about creating a culture that’s exciting to be a part of. The majority of us have worked for the big companies where the sense of culture, community, and work-life balance gets lost. At SPARC, we believe our creativity and performance are elevated when these values are celebrated. #SPARCLife

SPARC Life

Our team consists of people who are equipped with years of technical training and application, as well as those who bring fresh and innovative thinking to the table.

People Doing Business with People.
It’s not rocket science.

We take great pride in our team, ranging from our CEO, President and directors to our growing network of interns and consultants.

Our culture reflects our commitment to providing the highest level of service and excellence to our clients and to our community.
