Whitney Cornwell is the Director of Contracts for SPARC Holding Company. She is responsible for overseeing the organization’s contract management function, including contract negotiation, administration, compliance, and customer engagement across SPARC Research’s portfolio. She ensures alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.

Prior to joining SPARC in 2023, Whitney was a Senior Principal Contract Administrator at Northrop Grumman at Rocket Center, WV for 14 years. Four of those years she served as the Corporate Citizenship Ambassador for that NG site.

Whitney holds a Master of Arts in Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Shepherd University.

Whitney enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time outside.  She also enjoys hanging out with her three adult children, and two beloved doodles.
