Jason VanMeter is the Sr Director of Programs and Business Operations of SPARC Research.     He is responsible for successful execution of programs and manufacturing operations.   Jason has over two decades of experience in Program Management and Operations of composite structures, metal parts, and propulsion systems for DOD customers.

Prior to joining SPARC Research, Jason was a Consulting Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Prior to this role, Jason managed a market area for Tactical Propulsion development and production programs, was an Operations Manager for metals and composites subcomponents, and served as a manufacturing process/quality engineer.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Frostburg State University, and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.

When he’s not having fun at SPARC Research, you can find Jason spending time with his wife and children.  He also enjoys camping, music, and spending time with neighbors and friends.
